 I would like to send 2 athletes in Kigezi region marathon in Uganda on 27/8/2017 race day. they are i need of 200$ to cover the traveling expenses

Teamwork fatlek of 3-1 , 16 sets  time finish in each i minutes recovery was high jogging pace of 5 each set and finish with 5 minutes cool down and went well .

I will be sending the 2 athletes to Kigezi region marathon on 27 this month

Way to go,
Teamwork morning run with a pace of 4 each km, course was terrain time finish 1hr 13 minutes and went well.

I got fund donation of 100$ US D from Pierre M , to send the 2 athletes to the trials

Surtaday long run 30km
Early in the morning at 6am long run in off road course time finish, waether was misty chilly and wet
time finish 1hr 44sec,high pace and finish well.

Track and field competion

The team participate in track and field county competition ,in 10000m 2 athletes from the team participate
1. Emanuel Ruto and 2 Benson Kimtai.
Emanuel Ruto won 10000m with a time of 29 minutes and Benson Kimtai was 3 with a time of 30 min's 08 sec the qualify for the Regional track and field competition

Humanity a half marathon
The team working and they did perfect composition in 21km one way race starting from st Bridget Church Kiminini and to immaculate church Diocese

  of Kitale .The race was hosted by Bishop Morris Crourly he is also here in the photo wishing the athletes the best game.

Start time morning at 9 am,distance [15km]3 sets
the 15km speed endurance was divided in to 3 sets with 4 minutes recovery

walk in each set 5km
the fast set time 5km time finish is 15 minutes 45 seconds and 4 minutes walk. the second set time finish
is 16 minutes 15 second, time  recovery 4 minutes. the third set 5km time finish 15 minutes 40 second  and finish well.
